Bryn Hall Super Rugby Champion outlined three ways For All Blacks Improvements

Five-time winner of Super Rugby Bryn Hall outlined three ways so that All Blacks can improve their poor campaign over the next year.

The All Blacks ended their 2021 season with 12 victories in 15 tests, losing to the Springboks, Ireland, and France, which made them their worst record since 2009.

The consecutive losses to Ireland and France in Dublin and Paris made New Zealand fans particularly sour because New Zealand’s offense failed to fire, leading to more and more calls for All Blacks owner Ian Foster to be fired by the New Zealand Rugby team.

Foster led the All Blacks to Bledisloe Cup, Rugby Championship, and Freedom Cup success earlier this year, extended his two-year contract with NZR in August so that he could retain control of the team, until the 2023 World Cup in France.

Obviously, improvements are needed from now to then. Hall provided three different ways for the All Blacks to do this to re-establish their qualifications as the strongest team in the world.

The 29-year-old Maori All Blacks representative admitted in a speech on the Aotearoa Rugby Pod that New Zealand was struggling with losses to South Africa, Ireland, and France, partly because the All Blacks did not allow them to play fast-paced games suitable for them.

“We had problems in friendly matches. Look at the loss against South Africa, then Ireland and France. I think we have been discussing it for a long time," said Hall.

The three-time Super rugby and two-times Super Rugby Aotearoa winner said that if the All Blacks want to play their favorite style, they must make improvements when they fail.

This facet of the game is something that Foster’s team has been fighting throughout the season, not just against Ireland, Springboks, and France.

Italy and Fiji also put more pressure on New Zealand in this area than most expected during their respective games in Dunedin and Rome, leading Hall to highlight the loss as part of a game that needs to be fixed.
