Western Force Team Squads & Fixtures

The Western Force is a rugby league team located in Perth, Western Australia, participating in an international super rugby tournament.

The 2006 season began to participate, and the first year ended with a wooden spoon. In 2007, the results were greatly improved, and it is the fourth Australian team to be selected.

They were trained in the Super 14 by former New Zealand All Blacks coach John Mitchell. But he was replaced by Richard Graham in 2010 for the Super (15) rugby tournament.

The name was chosen from hundreds of lists and was selected to reflect strength and solidity. RugbyWA said the name “represents the natural elements that shape Western Australia—waves, heat and wind—and the resources that support its economic power.”

The colors of the teams are blue and gold, and the logo is similar to the symbol of the country, the black swan. Before the start of the 2006 season, the team had more than 20,000 members, which is the largest member base of the super 14 teams.
