In the 2011 Super Rugby competition, the Blues defeated the Crusaders at Eden Park by a score of 24-22. Recently, in 2021 Super Rugby Aoteaora played eight games from which they won only four matches, whereas, in the Super RugbyTrans-Tasman 2021 event, they became a defending champion.
