The Fijian Drua will kick off their historic Super Rugby tour in the away game against the Blues on March 28, 2026, in Eden Park. This season, Fijian Drua’s fixtures are both competitive and exciting. The match will be broadcast on mixed television channels on Friday and Saturday evenings, with one match on Friday evenings and Saturday evenings. The Drua plan to showcase their quintessentially Fijian style of fast-paced, free-flowing rugby to spectators in the stadium and on television.
Blues is a New Zealand rugby union team in Auckland, played annually in the Super Rugby competition. The Blues are one of the most successful teams in Super Rugby history. They won the first two seasons in 1996 and 1997 and then in 2003. Furthermore, they were finalists in 1998 and semifinalists in 2007 and 2001.
In 2021, Super Rugby Aotearoa, the Blues played eight games, from which they won 4 games and had four losses. In 2021, Super Rugby Trans-Tasman played five games and won all those five games and was the defending champion of Trans-Tasman.
